For more information see PDF flyer below.
Each month, Whitefriars Church, Rushden, holds a short local countryside walk (of about four miles) that are open to people of all ages and fitness levels, whether alone, or as part of a couple or a family. Here are details of our next events…
9th February - a Three Shires shimmy – a four mile walk in the countryside beyond the former Chelveston Airfield, beyond Yelden and near Shelton, partly on the Three Shires Way. Meet in the layby on the straight stretch of the B645 between Chelveston and Hargrave.
9th March - a scenic Stevington circular: a four mile walk on various footpaths around Stevington village, in the gentle hills near the Ouse Valley. Meet at the crossroads in the middle of the village (MK43 7QP), near the stone cross, in time to start at 10.30. Roadside parking is available near there, including in Court Lane, the road in from Pavenham or Carlton.
Our discipleship group (home group/discussion group) continues to meet fortnightly (usually) from 7.30 to 9pm on a Thursday evening in Chelveston. All are welcome - please contact Andrew Presland (as below).
Please also contact Andrew if you need a lift to and from any of the walks.
