Sundays

We meet on Sundays at 10.15am at Whitefriars School, Boughton Drive, NN10 9HX.

Coffee is served from 9.45 and again after the service so we have a chance to chat with each other and catch up. During the service we spend some time worshipping together, hearing from the Bible, and having a chance to respond to that by praying (talking to God) and worshipping.

The second Sunday in the month is what we call Table Sunday.

We gather around tables for a slightly shorter time, chatting about life and faith over brunch together.

There’s something for all ages on Sundays.

If you’re between 0 and 14, there are groups running during the service (except on Table Sunday) and if you’re aged 11-18 come and join us at Ignite on Sunday evenings.

On Sunday evenings, we gather at Full Gospel Church from 8pm for our worship night.

We spend an hour worshipping and praying together, encountering Jesus and welcoming the Holy Spirit to meet with each one of us.

What to expect

We’re so pleased you’re thinking about joining us this Sunday. Here’s a little more about what to expect. If you still have questions then please do get in touch.

CONTACT US

  • We meet in the main hall. There will be people waiting at the main entrance to greet you and show you the way.

  • Each service will have some singing together, a short talk (about 20 mins or so), time to pray (and be prayed for if you'd like). At one service a month, we'll also share In communion together. There is always a service leader to help guide everyone through what is happening and there’s no pressure to join in anything if you don’t want to.

  • Most of our services are an hour an a half but this can vary. There’s also optional refreshments beforehand, from 9.45, and afterwards. Stick around for a hot drink and doughnut, we'd love to meet you.

  • We're really relaxed, come in whatever makes you feel comfortable.

  • We love kids at Whitefriars. We have age appropriate groups that run during part of the service. They would be so welcome to join these. However if they would rather stay in the service, that’s absolutely fine too. Check out KIDS for more information.

  • There’s some parking available on the school site but also plenty in the surrounding streets. We love to be a blessing to the neighbours so thanks for parking considerately!

  • There is step free access to the hall where the church meets. Song lyrics are displayed on screens during worship. We also have a hearing loop available.
